This is part five of a presentation given at Marin Center for Independent Living in 2013. You will learn about the power of making conscious choices throughout the day. I recommend as a discipline, eliminate the phrase "have to" from your vocabulary. Never do anything you don't want to do. Recognize that you are making choices throughout the day, usually without conscious thought. To live with mastery and well-being, practice making those choices with greater consciousness and intentionality.
