The Fairfield Shipyard in Baltimore, Maryland, was a key part of the war effort during WW2. The ambitious plan for the yard was to produce 50 liberty ships, the SS Patrick Henry being the first. This video will take you through the history of the Fairfield shipyard as well as all that it did to serve America.
