The Pointer Sisters, Ruth, Anita and June perform during the Persian Gulf War in Bahrain. This was Bob Hope's final tour in December 1990. The group of celebrities brought Christmas to the troops. They sang their hits and Christmas carols at secret bases in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia and on ships in the gulf. (TV Special "Welcome Home" aired in 1991).
