I am in love with this game, that is all. I'm sure this will make no sense whatsoever if you haven't played the game (or read the novelization), but I do hope you enjoy it nonetheless :)

The story as condensed as possible (with no spoilers):
Alan Wake, a writer, and Alice, his wife, go to Bright Falls for vacation and they stay at a lake with a haunted history, but when Alice 'drowns', and Alan loses a week of time, he starts finding manuscripts of a story 'he' has written but doesn't remember, manuscripts of a story that starts coming true around him. He must survive the horrors being brought to to save his wife and stop an eldritch abomination from being freed from the lake.
