August 23rd, 2023. This was the first upload and my first level towards a new goal in the game. I was stuck in terms of progression, and couldn’t beat anything. After returning home from a vacation I decided to beat Plasma Pulse Finale. But I would need a path towards that. I was always interested in those who did a “Road to ___”. Seeing how people progressed towards a new goal in gd motivated me to try harder in this game to better myself. My hardest at this time was EXPLICIT, a level around Sakupen Hell difficulty.
Over the next 13 and a half months I grinding my heart out to beat the levels I put upon myself. Sonic Wave, 2 1 1, Catalyze, Lucid Chaos, Erebus, Artificial Ascent, Omicron, Yatagarasu, and then AKIRA. These were the levels that heavily tested my skill at the current moment of the game and pushed me to unforeseen new heights.
September 27th, 2024. This marked the first day of playing Plasma Pulse Finale. Despite all of my preparation, I was unsure if I was ready to take on this behemoth of a level. Days passed, and thousands of attempts flew past me. Slowly but surely I was understanding and connecting runs.
On October 14th, 2024, I decided to play just for a bit to see what I could do. Suddenly, I died at 89. But this did not occur once. A few moments later I died again at this chokepoint. I went to sleep elated at the fact that I could beat this level soon
11:19 p.m. October 15th, 2024. Winner winner motherfucking chicken dinner. I completed Plasma Pulse Finale.
