March is the month of remaking old favourites of mine! The original was posted Jan 10th, 2011 so I wanted to post the remastered version exactly 5 years later. The video itself is pretty much the same but there are a few new things, all the manips are definitely updated so there's that.

Here's the story from the original upload:
Terra and Rae are bestest of friends, until the day Slade approaches Terra and tells her she can be more than what she is. So Terra goes to Rae about it, and Rae is completely against it. But Terra wants more power, so she goes against Rae and with Slade. While Rae is moping, Arella contacts her and gives her her Godly powers to stop the now very powerful Terra, by means of new powers and the gift to control Trigon. So now they're fighting each other, even though Rae doesn't want to with every fibre of her being and prays that Arella would choose someone else for the job, which she doesn't. With these powers she attacks their city in hopes to change Terra's mind because they strived so hard to protect it, but Terra doesn't care; for all she knows, she's just being outdone by another 'villain'. One day, after talking with Arella herself, Rae goes personally to Terra, who responds by attacking her. Rae sees that there's no other way and attacks back, only to shove inside her head a vision of how much Rae misses her friend and how Terra used to be her 'sister' (or brother...) and because of this, Terra falters for a moment. Back to their fighting, Terra has no idea why Rae hates her so much just because she got stronger, so in turn she fights harder, not wanting to seem weak. In the end, Rae tries to use Trigon against her, but because of Terra's power, the angel/demon is quickly destroyed, leaving Rae with nothing. But that doesn't stop her from trying.

So yeah, this version contains my new lovely HD clips (minus season 2 but I'm working on it), updated manips which were actually a lot easier this time, I skimped out on the one with them on the beach but I had already used Rae for another video and getting rid of BB was a real nightmare the first time, and redoing all the lipsyncing wasn't as bad as I remember and finished them really fast. Actually, this only took like two days or so to do, I was expecting maybe a week. It rendered really fast too despite it crashing while editing, so that was a huge surprise.
In the original I had Slade play the part of a Plague and honest to god it has bugged me all this time. The plot clearly says that Terra went with Slade and then Raven conjures him up like what was I thinking? :T Well I fixed it now and I feel better, although there's still no good clips for the 'upon your bread' line, but I like Robin about to eat better than the one of Terra just devouring her meal, it seriously ruins the mood.

Last time I asked if anyone could find all the manips, and just for nostalgia I'm gunna ask again. I think last time I counted every single clip I had to adjust so now I'm just gunna ask for all the actual manips, so no lipsyncing and the one where I fixed Rae's hand cause it wasn't lined up with her arm and it was bothering the hell outta me. There's only 7 this time instead of the 16 last time, number was so high because of all the lipsyncing. The free video offer is still in the air if you can find them all, although one is hiding REALLY almost unfairly well, so I'll accept 6. Good luck!
