After its defeat in the dusty plains of goodness-knows-where, Pikachu stealthily followed Flandre home and demanded a rematch upon arrival, much to Flandres surprise; this time, however, Pikachu wasnt going to be playing by the rules.
Woo, another A.I. patch that does things the human player cannot. This one by BobaFett does whatever it wants whenever it feels like it, which basically means it can cancel anything into anything else as it sees fit, including knockdown and guard states; it also chooses to ignore the Charge Meter entirely and will thus use any moves tied to it without restriction.
