SWEET & SPICY DUMPLING SOUP - Welcome back to another episode of Lazy Trader Joe’s Meals. This perfect soul-warming soup is ready in 30 minutes or less. Here’s the recipe:
1 tbsp chili crunch, plus more for topping
5 green onions, white and light green pieces only, darker green for garnish
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp ginger
1 pack stir-fry veggies
1/4 cup soyaki sauce or soy sauce (if you don’t want the sweetness)
4-8 cups ginger miso broth (adjust according to how much broth you want)
1 tbsp yuzu miso
1 package of vegetable dumplings
To a large pot over medium heat, add in the chili oil, garlic, and ginger and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add in the stir-fry veggies and soyaki and continue to cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Add in the broth, and once simmering, add in the dumplings. Allow to cook for 5-10 minutes or until the dumplings are fully cooked through.
Remove from heat and stir in the yuzu miso.
Serve with sliced green onions and more chili crisp. Enjoy!
