Part 1 of my Chinese Soviet Republic playthrough in Hearts of Iron 4: No Compromise, No Surrender. We step into the shoes of the Communist Party of China, held up in Shanxi after the Long March - struggling to survive the Nationalist onslaught. But the CSR has recieved a major lifeline in the form of the Japanese invasion. With a full-scale invasion being only a matter of time, the CSR's chief rival, the Kuomintang Nationalist govermnent, will be forced to do the brunt of the fighting. So, while China turns into a miserable hellscape of pain and death... how can we use that to seize power for ourselves?
