Honestly, the Zhuge Prime may not be the next meta weapon in Warframe, BUT it doesn't have to. When fully modded, the Zhuge Prime is more than enough for level 100 enemies which is basically as far high as "normal" content would go in this game.

1- FORMA Build: 5:22
This is admittedly not a full-on maxed out build. But it is extremely cheap with needing only ONE FORMA. Hammer Shot is the "priority-mod" to be swapped out with either a Riven or perhaps Argon Scope which I currently do not have.
