Today I began my journey on the #3riverschallenge The Pantry Challenge, I took stock of what I had on hand and made a plan. I am easing into this challenge but I really feel the Positive energy behind it, let me know in the comments section below what you think and if you are following along.
Here is the recipe for "Hazels Salad" if the screen shot went by to fast.
3 TBLS Water
3 TBLS Apple Cider Vinegar
3 TBLS Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Salad Oil
1 TBLS Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 TBLS Sugar
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
3 TBLS Ketchup
1 TBLS Cumin
1 tsp Chopped Garlic
1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
Mix all ingredients in a cruet and let sit
Serve with:
Romaine Lettuce
Cilantro
Tomatoes
Black Beans
Tortilla Chips
Black Olives
