It was in the finals of the Australian Country Music Association songwriting competition in the 1980's.
The song pays hommage to the Ford XB panel van.
The singer is Steve Murphy.
Doug and Charlie co-wote the Norma O'Hara Murphy song "Rose's Cafe"
which is featured on my channel.
