How great is "The Pacific"? Along with "Band of Brothers," it is the most faithful depiction of World War II you'll ever see. So go and watch it, if you haven't already, or watch it again if you have. To me - much like "Band of Brothers" - this is one of those shows that I can watch over and over again and never get tired of it.
I did a video of "Band of Brothers" a while ago and I really wanted to vid "The Pacific" too, but I never really got the inspiration for it. But a few days ago, I watched this beautiful video of "Band of Brothers" (link: youtube.com/watch?v=KnPi81-wA0Y&feature=related) and that finally gave me the inspiration I needed. So, here it is. Ok, so Ive recently reached 4000 subscribers and I still cant believe it! Seriously, guys, thank you so much for subscribing and for taking the time to like and comment. Never in a million years would I think so many people would like my videos.
I know a lot of these subscribers are here because of my Old Hollywood videos, so to thank you, heres a much awaited classic movies tribute. Because Ive been watching A LOT of 1970s films lately, I expanded the time frame of the movies that I usually use for my classic films videos to include films from the 70s. Also, I dont usually repeat films in my videos, but with this one, I just used whatever scene I thought fitted the lyrics.
