Here is Part 2 of this live and improvised session with Dan Clarke. Part 1 came out in November 2021, and I've been working on and off on this continuation ever since! It steps into different territory with the addition of synths as well, for an even more cosmic trip.
For those new to the story, me and Dan have jammed a lot over the last 11 years or so; mainly in Sloth Hammer with approximately 60 live outings and two studio sessions (both settings of which are all completely improvised), but also in a project called Mother Nature Versus Father Time, which did a few improvised demos and structured sets.
Please bear in mind this is all just 'live in a practice room', recorded as one layer into a small recorder laid on the floor between the drumkit and my bass cab, then tons of mixing, layers, noises and synths added afterwards.
Thank you to those who step in with an open mind and ears, and let the sounds and ideas take you on a journey with some unexpected twists, turns and departures from normality and the initial route to investigate what is hidden around some unusual corners.
