This is the Windows store version of the game that comes with XBOX Game Pass for PC. The game is set to "Very High" preset at 4K with resolution scale set to 70%. This is really neither 4K nor exactly 1440p (slightly higher), but I shall label it as 1440p anyway. The game suggested 1440p + "Very High" for my system.
The game has some minor stuttering which I assume is related to loading. There are some dips to the mid 50s when talking to NPCs and other scenarios, but the game is locked 60 fps for the most part. Quite frankly I have problems telling apart the various graphic presets, as 4K Low still looks great even at native resolution. In either case, I am now rambling. Thanks for watching.
CPU: Ryzen 3700X
Mobo: MSI b450 Gaming PLUS
GPU: AMD Radeon VII @1750 MHz (-50 underclock), Memory clock: 1100 MHz @ 960mv. Custom fan curve.
RAM: Team Group TUF DDR4 3000 MT/s
Radeon Chill on from 55 FPS to 60 FPS.
Gameplay resolution at 4K with the very high preset.
Gameplay recorded with Radeon Relive. Performance while recording decreases by some margin. Normally, the GPU power consumption sits between 90 and 170 watts.

Highest graphics preset with FXAA (High) and DX11 features enabled + tesselation.
This is the Epic games store version that was recently given away for free. Performance in this title is terrible out of the box with stuttering all over the place. After reading some forums, I modified the BmEngine.ini file with the following:
[TextureStreaming]
PoolSize=16384
Which (I believe) should match the VRAM amount of the Radeon VII. After applying this change, performance in this title has been absolutely FANTASTIC. I have yet to encounter any stutters or performance drops of any kind.

GPU utilization of this game is not very high. So this is not a hard game to run at max settings.
