Finally a run that I'm happy enough to post to the leaderboard!
Max Quests is a category where the player must complete 68/70 total quests in a single save file (the additional 2 quests are from separate split-pathed quests and cannot be completed). This allows us to see the entirety of the game rather than skipping straight to the secret, dumb ending like in Any%.
