I’m keeping an open mind, but expectations are sinking fast with this one. ABYSS: Backrooms Pools Horror VR comes from the same developer who made SCP-087 The Stairwell Horror VR, a game I already braved, survived, and barely forgave.
Now they’re back with another first-person horror experience set in endless flooded corridors that feel eerily familiar.
And with Pools VR launching soon, it’s hard not to see this as a curious coincidence… but let’s find out if there’s any real depth here.
