The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights began at the then named Disney-MGM Studios in 1995 on Residential Street in the Backlot Tour. In 2004 the lights moved to the Streets of America where they stayed until the lights were retired in January 2016. This is a multi-camera angle video of the Mad Russian Christmas dancing lights segment.
