Founded in 1883 by George S Parker (December 12, 1866 – September 26, 1952), Parker Brothers was an American toy and game manufacturer with more than 1,800 games published under the Parker Brothers name. Among their best known products include Clue, Sorry!, Risk, Trivial Pursuit and, of course, Monopoly.
Upon his passing in Boston in 1952, he was buried at his family plot at Harmony Grove Cemetery in Salem, Massachusetts. As you drive through the gates, go to the opposite side of the cemetery and park at the elbow of Yew Avenue. Take the short walk to the top of the hill (GPS 42.5269158, -70.9161195).
