Back in the late 80's Roland released 5 different memory cards for the Roland D-50 synthesizer. They were all sold separately. (PN-D50-00 to PN-D50-04)
PN-D50-00 ROM card is the internal factory preload bank.
They also edited a special 64 patches limited ROM card named "Best Choice" (known in Japan as the "Special Selected" Sound Library).
