Short of extracting the music directly from the game, here's how you do it:
1. Let the title screen play.
2. Open the disc cover during the demo, before it goes back to the title screen.
3. You may need to repeat this a few times if the music stops when it detects the cover is open.
4. It will ask you to close the disc cover, but the music will keep playing!
