Nothing says homemade comfort like a warm snickerdoodle fresh from the oven! Today I'm showing you how to transform my Homemade Bulk Sugar Cookie Mix into the softest, chewiest snickerdoodles with just a handful of pantry ingredients.
This simple recipe comes together quickly and is perfect for holiday baking, cookie exchanges, or anytime you're craving an old-fashioned cinnamon sugar cookie.

🍪 Soft & Chewy Snickerdoodles
Ingredients
1 batch Noreen's Homemade Bulk Sugar Cookie Mix
1 (3.4 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ cup water
Cinnamon Sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine the sugar cookie mix, pudding mix, cinnamon, vanilla, and water until a soft dough forms.
Mix together the cinnamon and sugar for coating.
Scoop dough into balls and roll generously in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Place on parchment-lined baking sheets and gently flatten each cookie with the bottom of a Mason jar.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, just until the edges are set and the centers are still soft.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for several minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Store in an airtight container.
