Head down into the village from the Rajomon: Suzuka Avenue Shrine in Hachijo and take out the Mage and the Spiders in the building before pushing forward to the Raiju who is a boss level lightning Yokai who has very sporadic movements and an AOE that can send you back to the Shrine. With the Raiju down or avoided use the Spirit Vein to get up to the rooftops, kill the Gaki Mother and fight throw the Mages.
Defeat the 3 Soldiers in their camp before continuing through to the courtyard where the 2 Yagyo Soldiers will be looking for a fight so either deal with them or sprint past to the Shrine which is about to become your new best Friend as the boss, Ibaraki Doji is a phenomenally challenging boss, one of the toughest in the game.
Ibaraki Doji is a lightning Goddess with a very long sword and the ability to span the Arena in a split second with either straight or sweeping attacks. If you have any lightning defence armour then equip it, even small percentages will help negate some of the damage and I recommend going in with either a water or wind build to inflict maximum damage. Fire also works well but there's nothing like a good dose of water to get through a Lightning Boss. Kill Ibaraki Doji then cleanse the barrier to conclude the One of Rajomon mission.
