In the middle of a very loud world, it’s easy to feel like our prayer life has become just another thing on the "to-do" list.

Today, I wanted to sit down and talk about something close to my heart: Mental Prayer. It’s not about complicated techniques or saying the most words; it’s about finding a quiet space to simply be with Our Lord. We explore how to move past the distractions and find that "one thing necessary" that brings true peace to our daily lives.

I’m also happy to share some news about a project we’ve been working on for you at Pelican+.
