The Jericho Connection | The One Simple Question That PROTESTANTISM CANNOT Answer @thejerichoconnection3473 | Uploaded November 2022 | Updated October 2024, 1 hour ago.
There is one simple question that Protestantism cannot answer without crashing into unsurmountable illogicalities: How do you define what Scripture is? Sola Scriptura ("Scripture Alone") together with Sola Fide ("By Faith Alone") is one the two main pillars on which Protestantism was built by Martin Luther and John Calvin in reaction to the doctrine of the infallibility of the Church and the Pope. But what is this "Scriptura" they are talking about? This is a question Protestants cannot answer. In this video I demonstrate how the doctrine of Sola Scriptura--no matter how strictly or loosely you may define it--far from establishing and exalting the infallibility of Scripture above anyone and anything, instead undermines it irreparably to the extent that Protestants cannot even be sure if what is written in their Bible is the true word of God or not. Since Sola Scriptura cannot even define in a coherent way what "Scriptura" is, the only conclusion is that this doctrine is illogical--and therefore--false. But if Sola Scriptura is false, the whole Protestant theology crumbles to pieces.
