PLOT:
This takes place before Sally met the Mayor, her would-be husband, and before Oncie thought up 'thneeds' and was instead pursuing a career as a rockstar ;) He wanders, looking for the perfect audience, and eventually comes across the very musical citizens of Whoville. Only thing is - they don't like his tunes. Why? His music lacks heart. But maybe Sally, his one true fan, can remedy that...
