Wir nähern uns dem großem Datum! Am 30.03. kommt endlich das Buch „On The Way To New Work“ raus und ihr könnt es überall kaufen, wo es Bücher gibt.
Vorher widmen wir dem aber noch einmal eine Talkrunde mit uns drei Autor:innen: Swantje, Michael und mir. Dieses Mal das Thema „Utopien“, zu dem Michael ein Kapitel verfasst hat.
So sehr wir auch versuchen, das Thema New Work in die Arbeitswelt einzubringen, so werden wir es wohl nie erleben, das Konzept so in der Wirklichkeit zu verankern, wie es von Frithjof gedacht war.
Er sprach schon in den 80ern von radikaler Kapitalumverteilung, einem komplett anderen Bezahlungssystem und von einem grundlegenden Selbstversorgungsnetzwerk. Ich glaube wir alle sind uns einig, wenn wir da von Utopien sprechen.
Trotzdem sind genau solche Utopien auch wichtig für unser Denken und auch dem Auseinandersetzen mit dem Thema New Work. Aber Michael kann euch da noch ein wenig mehr erzählen!
