Lion Man Interaction.GoPro. Frederik, aka Frikkie is a remarkable 70-year-old animal handler in Namibia. He raised the orphaned "Zion the Lion" from a cub and 8 years later their friendship and bond is as strong as ever. Zion still enjoys a walk in the bush and eagerly jumps into the transport cage to enjoy an hour or two of stalking animals in the bush with his barefoot friend. To date no animal has ever been caught by Zion but hey the fun is in the chase not the kill right?
Barefoot? You are wondering - that's because Zion gets irritated if Frikkie makes too much noise while walking through the bush !
