"The Office" actress Jenna Fischer revealed a private medical crisis. The 50-year-old shared that she was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer, discovered by a routine mammogram. "Luckily my cancer was caught early, and it hadn't spread," she wrote on Instagram. "It still required chemotherapy and radiation." Fischer says she is now cancer-free.
