I've never recommended a high carb diet to any of my clients in all of these years, but I certainly do not always recommend zero carb.
There are certain situations where even small amounts of fiber can perpetuate a big problem, but in many situations there is an amount of carbohydrates that may be appropriate for the individual without preventing the body from burning fat as a primary fuel source. Anti nutrients also need to be considered... but not feared.
I'm willing to talk about nuance and look at everyone's bio individual needs instead of smooshing everyone into a label.
If you're looking for a deeper conversation, join my group, where we get into it and create understanding and clarity so you can navigate optimal health and healing without fear.
