ah!! i had so much fun with this one and I'm actually a little proud of the frame by frame!!
Okay story!! You wanted story? I give. Actually no one wanted it I just happened to have one.

If you've watched my animations I think you might recognise the two characters here as Princeton and Moon. Princeton, being the king, is partially exiled after gambling the kingdoms funds. He takes solace in a cave where he finds a pillar of light with a sentience that coaxes him to come closer. Now corrupted by the pillar, Princeton draws people in and murders them- taking their souls as energy for the pillar. One of these people end up being Moon, his former lover who was looking for him. However Moon only ended up with a partial corruption and was able to regain her senses. By this time, however, the cave has been discovered and Princeton is captured. The corruption leaves Princeton as he escapes, leaving the true king to be trialed for crimes he didn't know he did. Still in the cave, Moon takes the pillar's offer of being truly corrupted in order to save Princeton before he is executed. However, unlike Princeton's corruption- Moon becomes something brand new.
