This week's YouTube video is a little different from what I normally share. This week, I'm sharing more about the business, where we're headed and why. The short version of what this looks like is less inventory, fewer launches, more intention, and hopefully a whole lot more room for creativity. For a long time, I think I believed that growing a business meant continuing to add- more yarns, more colors, more launches, more everything. These days, I'm much more interested in a different question: What if better doesn't mean bigger?
I'm feeling really excited about this next chapter and what it could mean, both for Knit Collage and for me creatively. I'm sharing the whole story in this week's video and would love to bring you along for it.
