With the new 120 update, Construction and Player-Owned Housing has now turned into Sims and you can build a castle, a mansion, average male living space, a small town, or some billionare's sacred temple.
You can make a small community with your friends or clans. By far, the best update after Dungeoneering rework.
Note: Free-to-play users can do the introductory quest too. It felt like OSRS for some reason.
