From darkened storefronts to empty festival grounds, coronavirus has turned the hospitality world on its head. And, in the absence of a vaccine, the long-term outlook isn’t much different.

In the first chapter of our exploration of Chicago’s new normal, we’re looking at how stay-at-home has completely reshaped what it means to go out. In a conversation moderated by Kate Sullivan, leaders in Chicago’s world-renowned hospitality and entertainment industries will examine how they have reinvented their approaches overnight, developing innovative solutions to stay afloat in turbulent waters.
