The latest v1.9.7.13 update patch for The Binding of Isaac Repentance+ surprised us with a brand new transformation called The Necromancer! This transformation is acquired by getting all 3 of the following items and trinkets: The Necronomicon, A Missing Page, and Missing Page 2.

The modding API is currently in a semi-broken state due to the release of the new Repentance+ DLC. Many mods are unable to work on the new DLC and have to be enabled manually.
