The new 2026 F66 MINI Cooper JCW comes from the factory with "Frequency Selective Damping" (FSD) suspension—but in the real world, it's proving to be harsh, crashy, and knocky over everyday roads.
In this video, Daniel takes our F66 MINI JCW into the Carbonwurks workshop to solve the ride comfort and issues once and for all by installing the Genuine OEM MINI JCW Pro Suspension Upgrade Kit (co-developed with KW Automotive).
We strip out the factory dampers, explain why the JCW Pro coilovers transform compliance, lower the car, and set the chassis up to JCW's specific alignment geometry.
Plus, we complete the build with a full AC Schnitzer styling suite:
