This is the new Best Stasis SMG. The M17 Fast Talker is a 900 rpm SMG that gets some incredible rolls. First of all it gets Demolitionist to give you grenade energy with every kill and we can pair that with Crystalline Corpsebloom to make stasis crystals with rapid kills. If you pair this with Whisper of Shards, you’ll get even faster grenade energy each time you break one of those crystals, making this an incredible option for any stasis grenade build. In addition to that, this is the new best weapon for Peacekeepers because it gets target lock for an easy damage buff, and Cooling Baubles to partially reload it each time you collect any elemental pickup like stasis shards. So if you have a warlock on your team, you can have them throw down a stasis turret to make you tons of stasis shards as you fire and using Whisper of Conduction, they will track to you, instantly reloading your weapon so you can shoot nonstop forever and maintain the highest damage buff from target lock.
