HBO’s ‘The Nevers’ is a steampunk science fiction series that revolves around a group of people, mostly women, in Victorian London, who gain extraordinary abilities or “turns” when a mysterious ship appears in the sky. Three years later, these people, or the Touched, face prejudice and suspicion from all corners of society, including the government. The novel was published in May 2015 in English by Media factory and Seven Seas Entertainment. Season one of the “Classroom of the Elite” was premiered between July and September 2017.
