In this video, we examine the deep biological roots of snakes appearing in mythology. We also discuss the chaoskampf, a motif symbolizing order triumphing over chaos, and how snakes are used to strengthen this symbolic meaning. For anybody who is still unfamiliar with the concept of Jungian archetypes, this video demonstrates another example of the archetypes present in the human mind.
