World of Antiquity | The MYSTERY of the NINE CAULDRONS of Ancient China @WorldofAntiquity | Uploaded July 2023 | Updated October 2024, 7 hours ago.
Legend says that nine great bronze tripod cauldrons were held by the kings of the Xia, Shang, and Zhou dynasties of ancient China, and that these helped to solidify their rule. Some speak of these cauldrons as having magical qualities. But they have disappeared to history. Is there any chance of our finding them?

Correction: In the video, it is said that a cauldron weighed 30,000 cattle, but this was an autocorrect error in the script. It was supposed to be 30,000 catties. A catty (or kati) is a unit of measurement weighing 0.5 kg in China or 0.6 in Hong Kong/Japan/Thailand. If we go by 0.5 kg, then 30,000 catties would be 15 tons (16.5 US tons), not 7.5, as stated in the video.
