The Munsters History and Origins
The family at 1313 Mockingbird Lane is a little... different. Dad Herman looks like Frankenstein's monster; mom Lily and her dad, Grandpa, are vampires; and son Eddie is a werewolf. Poor Marilyn, their niece, is the odd one out -- she's just a normal girl. And the family doesn't like to call attention to her unfortunate looks. The Munsters was a satirical sitcom made to directly compete with ABC’s the Addams Family for CBS from September 24, 1964 until it came to an end on May 12, 1966. The series was made of 70 episodes with 2 seasons and starred Fred Gwynne, Yvonne De Carlo, Al Lewis, Pat Priest, Beverly Owen, and Butch Patrick.
The Munsters along with the Universal monsters which appear in this video are owned by Universal Studios.
The Dragula music video is owned by Rob Zombie and Geffen Records
