This is just a quick intro for a short film that aired on The Movie Channel in October of 1984. They were having a "Stephen King Horror Festival," so there are clips from the films "Cujo," "Salem's Lot," and "Creepshow." The short film, as mentioned in the VO, was 1977's "The Contraption," with Richard O'Brien as a guy with carpentry skills who builds a little something for himself. (It can be found elsewhere online.)
