The Mediterranean Sea covers approximately 46,000 kilometers of total coastline. There are thousands of beach towns, villages and resort settlements on its European side. Due to large crowds these towns feel less like a place to live or retire in and more like a tourist hub. So in this video, we've highlighted some of the more underrated towns, that provide the same golden coastline, the same lazy afternoons, the same fresh seafood, just without the high price tag or the crowds.
