I'm very excited to finally be able to share the Explosive Arrow Ballista build I've been theory-crafting over the last couple of weeks.
This build will be the build Tuna is league starting and after it got buffed by 44% in the patch notes is looking to be the best and most promising all rounder starter build for PoE 3.17 Archnemesis league (Siege of the atlas expansion).

Tuna updates the leaguestarter guide for Lightning Strike Champion for the new PoE 3.19 league start. This build is one of the strongest builds currently in the game. With only a slight nerf to its damage it will still be one of the best performing builds in the Path of Exile, Lake of Kalandra Expansion from early game all the way into late game.
