It feels like ASUS gave their BTF hardware a back seat over the last year or two, but in typical ROG fashion, the new X870E & Matrix 5090 hit hard for many reasons.
With performance over aesthetics in mind, the ROG matrix 5090 BTF has a dual power mode, this means those seeking maximum power can connect via the BTF port AND the 12VHPWR cable. 800W? Easy!
For this build we wanted to showcase the overall aesthetics of the Matrix 5090 BTF graphics card. The Phanteks EVOLV X2 was a great match here thanks to its clean lines, excellent viewing angles and well executed back connect support.

The ROG Matrix RTX 5090 BTF is without a doubt an impressive GPU. Whilst the red aesthetic might be niche for some, it's undeniable that the performance is up there with the best you can game on right now.
