OFFICIAL RULES.
The contest will take place on the date of August 1, 2022. The contest will end on the date of August 8, 2022
Entry into the contest is initiated by successfully placing the words PIG HOG in the comment section of the video: "The Most METAL Guitar Cable EVER! + Free Giveaway 3 Prizes!" on the HeavymetalATC YouTube channel.
Persons may enter once per day, per YouTube username with a limit of 7 overall per username. Usernames that are found to have entered more than one time in any 24 hour period may be disqualified.
On the date of August 8, 2022 three individuals will be selected at random to each win ONE of the three prizes displayed in the aforementioned video.
The winner of each prize will be selected in the order the prizes appeared on screen.
An Individual may not be selected to win more than one of the prizes during the contest.
Random selection of winners will be documented on video and securely stored for posterity.
The selected winners will be contacted by HeavymetalATC username via YouTube comment section under the aforementioned video "The Most METAL Guitar Cable EVER! + Free Giveaway 3 Prizes!".
Those selected individuals will then have 48 hours to respond via an email address that will be provided to them in said comment, otherwise the prize will be offered to another randomly selected individual after the allotted time of 48 hours, this individual will also have 48 hours to respond.
Once email correspondence is initiated the selected individual will be asked to complete the simple task of making a designated reply to the comment used for contest entry using the same username as the one used for entry to prove ownership and control of said username, the individual will have 72 hours to complete this task otherwise ownership and shipment of the item will be forfeited.
After ownership is agreed to be established beyond a reasonable doubt by HeavymetalATC the individual will be asked to share the information needed for shipment of the item via email. The individual will have 72 hours to complete this task otherwise ownership and shipment of the item will be forfeited.
Personal information such as name and address will be gathered only via email and shall not be shared with any other party other than the shipping service used for delivery of the item.
Individuals that are located outside of the continental United States may be responsible for some shipping charges. These individuals may choose to forfeit ownership and delivery of the prize if they do not wish to pay these shipping charges.
HeavymetalATC is solely responsible for this contest.
All entries must be wholly compliant and consistent with the YouTube Terms of Service those entries that don’t comply will be disqualified.
