We were invited by our friend Wyatt @deepchathamparanormal to check out and investigate the Historic Rosedale house and gardens located in Charlotte, NC. The house was built back in 1815! We are the first outside paranormal group to have the chance to investigate the grounds and the house. Special thanks to the team CAPS! They know their history and very professional. Great group!
