I found this convertible 1983 Buick Riviera at Cruise the Gorge in The Dalles, Oregon. The American Sunroof Corporation (ASC) was contracted by Buick to produce the rare and expensive 1982-1986 Buick Riviera Convertible, which was the first factory-authorized convertible version of the luxury car to be sold. This was the most expensive car in GM's 1983 lineup at over $25,000!
