Today I present to you the most difficult classical piano piece I've ever played so far: Sonata no. 5, Op. 53 by Alexander Scriabin / Skrjabin (written in 1907), in F-sharp major. This is a piano composition from the modern era that mixes both virtuosic, agitated, fast segments with slow, quiet and intimate moments.
