"I'm not NOT driving!"

Perhaps returning to form after a season that saw a driver be named the worst for their emotions over their ability, Season 5 saw perhaps the absolute worst the show has ever seen in terms of driving ability; Angelina Marcantognini.

Angelina is a "stay-at-home girlfriend" who not only drives whilst doing multiple tasks at once, but often drives whilst panicked and even at times at the point of tears. Its this dangerous combination that's made her a danger on the road, fender-benders being fairly common and her car not even having working running lights at night! Her unsafe driving is what convinced her best friend Christine to nominate her, as they commonly go out together and Angelina driving VERY often for long periods of time.

Her rehab trip was one of the most abysmal runs ever seen on the show. With common traits such as screaming, panicking, and breaking down in tears, she was a hazard nearly any time she got into the wheel. Combined with a tendency to close her eyes and look away when something was about to happen, and it was no wonder why she was often running into as many objects a course had. There were even some challenges she either completely forgot what was taught, or downright QUIT! In the end, Angelina only passed ONE CHALLENGE OUT OF TWENTY THREE. Yes, you read that correctly, Angelina only passed one challenge (which even then was thanks to the assistance of Andrew, the show's host.) and failed or quit the other 22. The worst record in CWD history (since tied with Sholom Hoffman in Season 11). Capped all off with a final public drive where Angelina COMPLETELY broke down and was unable to finish the drive, and the writing was on the wall for one of the most lopsided victories of the unwanted title in the show's history. Andrew had even stated in a Q&A special before the airing of the 8th season that he considered Angelina the WORST of all the Worst Drivers up to that point.

As you would expect, Angelina returned for the 9th season to find the worst EVER, but unfortunately her run would take a dark and tragic turn, and her dismal skills slowly stopped becoming a laughing matter. Eventually her deterioration led her to leave the show halfway through, perhaps the best decision for her in the long run.
